High quality soil leads to high quality, better tasting and longer lasting food. This is something we found to be very true, time after time, on our farm. Well, now we’re going a step further. Let us help you grow your own garden, right there, on your property steps from your kitchen. Let your customer see exactly where their food comes from. Take local to the ultimate, and add zero mile vegetables to your menu.
We will happily design, build, consult, and maintain on an ongoing basis, tailored to your specific requirements. We work with your staff, training them to identify and harvest their own vegetables, to give you the edge in freshness.
Intentional Communities
This is a vision we have always had, and are yet to implement it in Canada. We’ve worked with intentional communities in Germany, France and Ecuador and are very excited to bring some of our hard fought insights back home. Whether you are a full community that would like to set up a kitchen or a group of friends/families; if you’re interested in taking ownership of your food security, we want to work with you. We can help you design and build the garden as well as coach and consult as your work your way along. If need be, we can always step in to help maintain and steward the garden, but we’re quite confident that we can set you on your way to vegetable freedom. Akin to how we work with wineries and restaurants, this is 100% customizable, tailored to what suits you best. As a result, we find it important to get to know our clients, working with them to set up a dynamic design, and budget time in the first year to be on the property weekly.
