Estate Gardens

Create your Legacy

Your property isn’t doing enough. It isn’t doing you justice. I would bet on it. The greatest impact that you have on this world, is your own property, is it what you want it to be?

Beauty Matters! A lot. The first consideration in all of our estate gardens is beauty. But it’s far from the only consideration. Your property has to be beautiful, but it can also be so much more. Let us help you mobilize it to create the change that you want to see in the world, the relationships you want to foster, the impact you wish to create.

We have long held the philosophy that our job is to provide whatever motivates you to spend 5 more minutes outside. Every client is unique, so every garden should be as well. This can take many forms. We need to get to know you in order to deliver, there’s no two ways about it.

Your Footprint

I know, I know, you’ve been told that you’re bad for the planet. Your footprint is constantly used in a negative context, to mean the way that you do harm. The dangerous and logical conclusion to thinking it beneficial to reduce your footprint, is that the world would be better off without you in it… after all, you would effectively reduce your footprint to zero.

But honestly, how does that help?! It only makes sense if we think of ourselves as separate from the planet, and forget the fact that humans evolved with it, not against it. Once you begin to lean back into co-evolving with the planet, and getting into regenerative practices, you move out of the shadow of a negative footprint and into the light of a positive footprint. And then, in this new place of hope and inspiration, we can create a little paradise for you where your footprint can reverberate, sending ripples through the air like the proverbial flap of a butterfly wing.

Heal the Planet

We aren’t purists, and we don’t preach. We do, however, believe that you can use your property, your garden to do good. A lot of good. In your garden alone, you can create beauty, create habitat biodiversity, create food security, augment food quality, sequester carbon, nourish and shelter keystone species, help the bees, the hummingbirds, the bats, combat global warming, need I go on?!

Pick whatever means the most to you, and add or subtract as you wish.

Heal Yourself

Oh, was that not audacious enough? Don’t worry, we have more. Not only are you able to address many of the global issues in your own garden, leaving your footprint for generations to come, but you can also heal yourself and those around you.

It is becoming increasingly evident (and documented for that matter) that many of our current medical (mental, physical, emotional) problems can be greatly ameliorated by fixing our relationship with the planet. That is to say, that being out in nature does a great deal.

Getting your barefeet out into a thriving garden, buzzing with life, can’t help but raise your vibrations and make you feel more alive, more peaceful, more grounded.
